Q: I have purchased Cheater Checker and want to install
it on my desktop *AND* laptop. How can I do this?
A: The purchase of Cheater Checker Standard provides you with a
single license key that can be used to register Cheater Checker
on a single computer. The purchase of Cheater Checker Pro provides
you with two registration keys that can be used to register
Cheater Checker on two computers. If you wish to install Cheater Checker
on more than one computer simultaneously you must purchase
a license for each computer.
Q: Can I install Cheater Checker on my husbands/wife's
work computer?
A: To install Cheater Checker on any computer you must have the
following:

Access to the Cheater Checker installer.
Note: This can be downloaded from the internet to the
computer you wish to monitor but that may leave traces
of the installer so it is recommended that you download
from another computer and save the installer on a CD or
other media and take it and run it on the computer you
wish to monitor.

Physical access to the computer you wish to monitor.
This is necessary to install Cheater Checker, and also to view
the full activity logs. Cheater Checker *does* provide the
ability to optionally email the logs.
- Administrative privileges on the computer you wish to
monitor. Without admin rights you will be blocked from installing
Cheater Checker or any other software.
Note: To install Cheater Checker you have to agree to the terms
of the license agreement. You must agree to install only
on a computer you have permission to install to.
Q: How do I install Cheater Checker?
- . Download the Cheater Checker installer from this link http://www.pcpandora.com/bin/PCPandoraSetup.exe

- Run the installer on the computer you wish to monitor.
- To install Cheater Checker you have to agree to the terms
of the license agreement. You must agree to install only
on a computer you have permission to install to.
- If you get a password prompt it means that a version
of Cheater Checker is already installed on your computer. Enter
your Cheater Checker password in order to proceed with the installation.
- Proceed with the installation.
- Type in a password in order to protect access to your
Cheater Checker PRO software. Don't forget the password! You
will not be able to use Cheater Checker without it!
- Make a note of the HOTKEY sequence. You will need to know
this sequence of keys to gain access to Cheater Checker viewer
after installation in Stealth mode.
NOTE: You should change the default Cheater Checker HOTKEY sequence.
This will help ensure security from intruders.
- Choose Stealth mode if you want the program to be hidden,
or select Visible if you want the program to display an
icon in the taskbar while recording.
- Installation is complete. Select YES to reboot your computer
and begin monitoring.
- Once monitoring has begun press your HOTKEY to open the
Viewer to see the recorded activity.
- To unlock all Cheater Checker Viewer's functionality you should
click on the 'Register' option in the 'Help' menu and submit
your Activation Code when prompted. IMPORTANT! Please make
sure you are connected to the internet and that any firewall,
anti-virus, or other privacy/protection software is configured
to allow Cheater Checker to connect to the internet. These applications
typically reside in your system tray (by your clock) and
can be configured or temporarily disabled by right-clicking
their icon and accessing their program menu.
Q: How do I uninstall Cheater Checker ?
A: To uninstall Cheater Checker please do the following:
- Open the Cheater Checker viewer
- Enter the viewer password when prompted
- Click File/Uninstall on the menu
- Choose Yes to the uninstall confirmation
- Un-installation will proceed
- Choose Yes to the uninstall reboot request to complete
the un-installation process

PASSWORD PROBLEMS
Q: I can't get my password to work. Can you reset
it or tell me what it is?
A: Please try your password again with and without CAPS LOCK
on. Then try with no password at all by leaving the password
field blank. If you still have issues please contact tech
support for assistance with your password. NOTE: Due to security
reasons we cannot email the password to any other email address
except the one used to order the product.

Q: Will Cheater Checker work on a Mac? Linux?
A: Cheater Checker is currently compatible with Microsoft Windows
98/Me/NT4/2000/XP. There are no plans at this time to create
a version compatible with the Mac, Linux, or any other non-Microsoft
Operating System.
Q: How can I tell if Cheater Checker is running on my
computer?
A: Cheater Checker is not visible unless you selected the 'Visible'
mode when you installed the software. To activate the Viewer
you should use the secret key you set when you installed the
software.

Q: How do I receive product updates?
A: Cheater Checker does not include any method to provide automatic
updates. You must visit our website to download the current
version if an update is available.
Cheater Checker:
REGISTRATION PROBLEMS
Q: I cannot register my copy of Cheater Checker or my
registration number is not working (or any other registration
related questions).
A: Please make sure you are connected to the internet
and that any firewall software is configured to allow Cheater Checker
to connect to the internet. Also make sure you are entering
your serial number/registration key as it appears in the email
sent to you.
